For 1 Picture Mail CUE it is anywhere from 0.66 MB or 20 cents and up based on image size.

ADDTIONAL DATA INFORMATION

When a customer purchases data, two additional fees will be included in the pricing. The first fee is a Convenience Fee of $2.99, which is always this price. The second fee is the Credit Card Processing Fee, which is 5% of the total price.

The data is universal, so regardless of what "category" the data is purchased under it can be used for any form of communication they have available with their connected contact(s).

The data for videos and mailing CUEs will always be charged to the outside contact's account. For voice CUEs, the data will always be charged to the inmate's account if they have a data balance.

However, if the inmate does not have a data balance, but a contact they are attempting to call has an account with a data balance, the outside contact's data will be charged to ensure the calls still go through. If neither the inmate nor the contact they are attempting to call has a data balance, the inmate will receive a prompt to purchase data to complete the call. Along with their outside contact receiving a prompt telling the contact to create an account on our customer website with the URL.
