The WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE PROGRAM was developed from blending the experience of 25 years of training Federal D.E.A. Special Agents/ Uniformed Police Patrol Officers/U.S. and International Military Forces with 25 years of martial arts training.
This is a fully developed hands-on self-defense program with an instructional method that introduces participants to an awareness of their surroundings while learning self-defense techniques that work in any environment.
Results from the training will give the student a totally new awareness and perspective that gives them the confidence and ability to protect themselves from an actual physical attack.
The program is practical, hands-on, realistic training that will give participants the ability to maintain control of a physical encounter and to achieve the ultimate goal of being safe.
Classes will be offered Monday and Wednesday for approximately one hour beginning at 6 pm. The class maximum is 20 individuals. If the maximum is reached, a second class will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm.
Attire: Gym/workout attire with comfortable shoes.
