We kicked things off with a tasty spread of fresh sandwiches- huge thanks to Hill Country Family Services for keeping everyone well-fed and ready to learn! 

 

This week, attendees got an inside look at the world of our incredible Telecommunicators, the unseen heroes behind the headset. From handling 911 calls to coordinating emergency response, it was eye-opening to see just how much skill and dedication it takes to do what they do!

 

Then, things got real with a powerful session on Civilian Response to Active Attacks. Attendees learned practical strategies and important insights that could one day help save lives.

 

The learning continues, the connections grow, and we're loving every minute of it!
