We have been notified that there is yet ANOTHER individual calling Kendall County citizens stating they were subpoenaed for Jury Duty and never appeared. This individual is requesting money or threatening jail time for Failure To Appear. Please keep in mind, we will never call and ask for money or threaten to incarcerate you over the phone, we will just come get you Please do not comply with any requests from unknown subjects over the phone! THIS IS A SCAM!!! If you receive a phone call of this nature, please hang up and notify law enforcement!
