A subject calls Kendall County residents claiming they are with our Sheriff's Office. This person is using the name Matjeka and other names of people associated with our office and advising people they have warrants for failure to appear. This is a SCAM! Please do not comply with any demands. We will never call you for a warrant and I assure you this is not anyone with the Kendall County Sheriff's Office. We will never request money over the phone or gift cards. If you receive any of these calls, please block the number and hang up on the individual.
