IH10 MM 545 E. Early Friday morning, around 12 am Deputy Boxwell observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and attempted to conduct a traffic stop.

While attempting to catch up he observed the vehicle to be weaving in and out of traffic causing other vehicles to have to take evasive action to avoid an accident.

Deputy Boxwell also observed the vehicle weaving in and out of the lanes of travel. As he caught up to the vehicle the driver quickly exited Fair Oaks Parkway and turned onto Tarpon Dr. where it struck a tree and caught fire.
