Crime Map Details

Dispatched to a disturbance on the side of the road.  A woman was upset and yelling at the driver of a truck, because the truck threw up a rock and chipped her windshield.  The driver said he was not giving her his information because she had come up to his window and immediately started cussing and yelling at him.  He also said he would not pay for the damage.
