On 09/01/2020, at approximately 0119 Hrs, Deputies were dispatched to the westbound rest area for several subjects walking around the callers 18 wheeler. Upon arrival, Deputies were flagged down by the caller, who advised them the two men in question were hiding in the bushes next to his truck. Deputies then walked over to the bushes and located Mark Dean and Victor Campos. Deputies later located a bag of meth in Mark's pocket. Mark was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, 32.5 grams of methamphetamines, and Victor was arrested for PI. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, 54.4 grams of Clonazepam was located. Mark Dean was also charged with the Clonazepam.
